Moroccan "Taktouka" with Peppers 

Ingredients:

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Paprika + chili powder
  • Oil
  • Cilantro

Steps:

  1. Take the peppers and roast them, then put them in a plastic bag for five minutes to make them easier to clean.

  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

  3. Cut the peppers as well.

  4. Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add the tomatoes and garlic, and let them cook for a bit. Then add the peppers and spices, and let everything simmer together.

  5. Put the mixture in a serving dish, sprinkle cilantro on top, and enjoy your meal!
